"Solid supplies for my studio"
I use these for my art classes and studio work, they’ve been totally fine. Everything showed up in good shape, the prices were fair, and ordering wasn’t a hassle. Not sure what more people expect, but for what I need, they do the job.

"Packaging was okay, I think it showed up a little roughed up"
I can’t remember if it arrived earlier this week or right before the weekend, but the box was a bit dented when I got it. Thankfully, everything inside was fine, so no real issue there. I do think a little extra padding would help next time, just to keep things from getting knocked around.

Overall, I got what I ordered and everything was fine for the most part. One of the colors was a little different than expected, but to be fair, it wasn’t a huge issue and the rest of the order was correct.

"Pretty good art stuff"
I ordered some paint brushes and sketch pads, and this was better than I thought it would be for the price. The pads feel nice, and the brushes work well for what I needed. One of the brushes had that loose handle thing going on, but it’s still usable, so not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Accidentally Ordered, Surprisingly Easy Return"
I managed to order the wrong item, because apparently clicking the right thing online is too much to ask of me. I emailed them expecting the usual customer service maze, but they actually replied quickly and didn’t make it weird or complicated.
I sent it back, and the refund showed up a few days later like some kind of rare internet miracle. it was way smoother than I expected, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

I grabbed a few art supplies, the checkout was smooth. I was expecting to have to click through a bunch of extra stuff, actually, no, it was really straightforward.
The shipping options and total showed up clearly before I paid, which I always appreciate. I also used my phone, and the site loaded just fine without acting weird.
The only tiny thing was that I had to go back and double check my address, but that was on me. Overall, it was an easy checkout and I didn’t run into any real issues.

"Delivery showed up right when expected"
I ordered a few art supplies from usartsupply.com and wasn’t expecting much beyond hoping they didn’t take forever to arrive.
The tracking actually kept updating, which was nice, and the package showed up right on the day they said it would. The box was in good shape too, so no complaints there.
It wasn’t some dramatic shopping experience or anything, just one of those simple orders that goes the way it should. Reliable delivery, no hassle, and I’d order from them again.

"I figured this easel and table would start..."
I figured this easel and table would start getting wobbly or annoying fast, because that seems to happen with half the stuff I buy lately. But nope, they’re both still solid. Kind of relieved, because I really didn’t want to deal with replacing them already.

I used the website the other night while I was just sitting on the couch trying to get a few things ordered, and it was easy to get around. I found what I needed without too much trouble, the pages loaded fine, and checkout was simple, which I always appreciate because I don’t like spending forever on that part. The only small thing was that a few of the filters could be a little better. It took me a bit longer than expected to narrow everything down, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Colors looked a little different in person"
The paints are good overall, but a few of the colors didn’t look quite the same as they did in the photos. They’re still usable, just not exactly what I was expecting, if that makes sense.

US Art Supply has a solid selection, honestly. If you need basic art stuff like paints, brushes, canvases, and random little supplies, it’s nice having it all in one place instead of bouncing around like an idiot from site to site.
The annoying part is that some categories feel cluttered as hell, and sorting through similar-looking items got old fast. It’s not a bad site overall, but browsing could definitely be less of a headache.

"Pretty good brushes for the price"
I’ve been using these brushes for a bit now and they’re good for what they cost, they hold their shape well and I haven’t noticed any shedding so far so I’m happy with them.

"Helpful, but took a while"
I had to reach out to usartsupply.com about my order, and they did get back to me eventually. I don’t know why, but I was expecting a quicker response, so the wait was a little frustrating. Once they replied, the answer was helpful enough and got things cleared up. Not a bad experience overall, just slower than I would’ve liked...

"Paint was fine, but the canvas felt a bit off"
The paint itself was decent and worked okay, but the canvas was a little warped. Reading between the lines, it seems like the materials aren’t quite the same quality across the board. It’s usable, but I wouldn’t say it felt great overall.
